Returns, defective products, cancellations, and return deadlines
1. Returns due to customer convenience
If you wish to return an item for any of the following reasons, please check the conditions below.
- The product image was different
- I ordered the wrong product/quantity
- Other customer needs
*We do not accept exchanges due to customer convenience (please purchase a new item after returning the item).
- Returns accepted within 10 days of receiving the product
- Return shipping costs: Customer's responsibility
- Shipping charges ( 756 yen domestically) and cash-on-delivery fees ( 550 yen ) incurred at the time of ordering are non-refundable (this also applies to items with free shipping).
- Please return the product in the same condition as when it arrived (including accessories, labels, tags, and packaging materials).
- Name-engraved products (whether paid or free) and custom-made products cannot be returned.
- Used products cannot be returned.
- Please use a trackable courier service for returns. Please be sure to record the shipping number (postal or email delivery is not acceptable).
2. Returning or exchanging defective products
We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
- I received a different product than what I ordered
- Damaged products/initial defects
- Other issues
- Returns accepted within 10 days of receiving the product ( within 5 days for defective products)
- Exchanges for other products are not possible. We will only exchange the same product for a good one.
- Returns are not accepted more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping costs: We will cover the cost (please return the item cash on delivery).
- If you return all items, shipping fees, COD fees, and deferred payment fees will also be refunded.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, it may take several weeks for your refund to be processed. This depends on your payment method.
- Credit card : Debit or refund via your card company. Please check with your card company for details.
- Cash on delivery : After we confirm your return, we will inform you of the refund amount via email. The refund will be made by bank transfer (depending on the time of the shipping company's processing).
