The body is made of Belgian linen.
It has a sturdy fabric feel and is not sheer.
The gradation section uses special fabric hand-dyed at a Yuzen dyeing workshop in Kyoto.
The technique of dyeing everything in one go produces a beautiful gradation with no color seams.
The gradation fabric, originally created for the Peace Ring baby carrier, has been tailored into a dress so that it can be enjoyed in everyday wear.
It is a dress that makes everyday outings, such as lunch with close friends, a museum visit, or shopping, a little more special.
Although it has French sleeves, it covers the upper arms moderately.
The body width is generous, while the side tucks give a neat, streamlined impression.
For those new to linen, we also offer a double gauze (100% cotton) inner option.
