Because the design is placed only in specific areas, it leaves an impression quite different from a simple printed fabric.
The base fabric is genuine Omi hemp chijimi, a premium material gently softened using the traditional hand-rolling technique.
Its long length allows for versatile styling — not just as an accent piece, but draped generously as the centerpiece of an outfit.
The elegant crinkles of chijimi linen grow gently softer against your skin with every wash, so you can enjoy it for years to come.
After the finishing wash at a workshop in Kyoto, we wash it once more ourselves at our atelier before the fringe is added.
