How to Request

1. After you place your order, we will send you an email confirming the details
2. Please send us the sling you are currently using
3. At our workshop, we inspect its condition and carry out the necessary repairs
4. Once finished, we will carefully pack it and send it back to you (return shipping fee: ¥650)

Scope of Repairs

・Possible: repairs around the rings / stitching reinforcement / treatment of fraying
・Difficult: full fabric replacement / color change / design change
* Depending on its condition, we may consult with you beforehand
